Your documents never leave this device
Fillmate fills, signs, scans and edits PDFs on your phone. It has no accounts, no ads and no servers that receive your files. Your documents, scans, signatures and profiles are never uploaded.
Data stored on your device
- Files you open or create, drafts, signatures, saved profiles for autofill and the search index stay in the app's private storage on your phone. Profile data is encrypted with a key kept in Android Keystore.
- Fillmate does not use Android cloud backup for this data.
- Files you export are saved where you choose. Fillmate can't read the rest of your storage.
- Uninstalling Fillmate deletes all of this data.
App lock
If you turn on App lock, Android checks your fingerprint, face or screen lock. Fillmate only learns whether the check passed. It never receives your biometric data.
Downloads and Google services
Some features download a language or AI model once: translation, handwriting, the document scanner and on-device AI. These features use Google ML Kit and Android AICore. Google's ML Kit may collect diagnostic information, such as device model, Android version, app version, performance data and an installation identifier. Purchases
Purchases are handled by Google Play. Fillmate receives only whether you have unlocked the app. It never receives your payment details. Google's privacy policy applies to payments.
Read aloud
Read Aloud uses the text-to-speech voices installed on your phone. Fillmate does not record audio.
Children
Fillmate is a general-audience productivity app. It is not directed at children.

書類はこの端末の外に出ません
Fillmate はスマートフォン上で PDF の記入・署名・スキャン・編集を行うアプリです。アカウント、広告、ファイルを受け取るサーバーはありません。書類、スキャン画像、署名、プロフィールがアップロードされることはありません。
端末に保存されるデータ
- 開いた・作成したファイル、下書き、署名、自動入力用のプロフィール、検索インデックスは、端末内のアプリ専用領域に保存されます。プロフィールは Android Keystore の鍵で暗号化されます。
- これらのデータは Android のクラウドバックアップに含まれません。
- 書き出したファイルは、お客様が選んだ場所に保存されます。Fillmate がそれ以外のストレージを読み取ることはできません。
- アプリを削除すると、これらのデータはすべて消去されます。
アプリのロック
アプリのロックをオンにすると、指紋・顔・画面ロックによる確認は Android が行います。Fillmate が受け取るのは確認の結果だけで、生体情報を受け取ることはありません。
ダウンロードと Google のサービス
翻訳・手書き入力・書類スキャナー・端末内AIは、初回に言語データやモデルをダウンロードします。これらの機能は Google ML Kit と Android AICore を使います。ML Kit は、端末のモデル、Android のバージョン、アプリのバージョン、性能情報、インストール識別子などの診断情報を収集する場合があります。書類の内容は含まれません。詳細：ML Kit data disclosure
購入
購入の処理は Google Play が行います。Fillmate が受け取るのはアンロック済みかどうかだけで、支払い情報は受け取りません。支払いには Google のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
読み上げ
読み上げには端末にインストールされている音声を使います。録音は行いません。
お子様について
Fillmate は一般向けの仕事効率化アプリであり、お子様を対象としていません。
